A dream for fans of the Mozart city: the Schwarzes Rössl student residence lies in the heart of the historic centre of Salzburg, surrounded by an ‘old town’ that is so beautiful it was even designated a World Heritage Site. The residence underwent a general refurbishment in 2007/2008, although it was possible to retain the original charm of the old building. For instance, the furniture typically found in Salzburg in some of the rooms was restored and now continues to be used with renewed splendour. In Priesterhausgasse, 95 students live in beautiful single and twin bedrooms.
The Schwarzes Rössl is operated as student residence from October 01 to June 30 and as hotel during the summer months.
