Enjoy traditional-modern living in the countryside in the student residence with a farmhouse setting. There are a total of 60 units available in studios and flats. All units are equipped with bathroom (shower/WC) and kitchenette, some even have a balcony.
The single rooms are fully furnished and about 10 to 14 square metres in size (excluding bathroom, kitchen and anteroom). The turquoise touch in the rooms makes for cosy living and quiet studying.
Location
The Schillerstraße 27 and 29 residences are connected to each other, allowing all “Chillerstraße” residents to use the communal facilities. Both Akademikerhilfe residences are located in the southern part of Leoben, in a quiet and green residential area. For those who want to concentrate on their studies, quiet study rooms are available in abundance at Schillerstraße 27.
The University of Leoben (Montanuniversität) is only a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bicycle ride away. Leoben’s main square is about a 10-minute walk from the residences.

Making friends for life: The communal rooms are the hub of every student residence. At Schillerstraße 27 and 29, they are available to all residents of both houses and offer enough space for joint leisure and studying activities: a party room with kitchenette, a fully equipped fitness room, a table tennis room, a study room if you need a change of scenery while studying, a computer room with two workstations and internet, a cosy room for communal TV evenings, an art room for creative design, a prayer room for finding peace, wide-open green spaces with barbecue spots and a sports field for football games.
There is sufficient covered outdoor and indoor storage space for bicycles. Car parking on property is available for a fee.
