The Schillerstraße 27 student residence is located in a quiet and green residential area in the south of Leoben. The Schillerstraße 29 residence is directly connected to the building. Montanuniversität Leoben is around a 15-minute walk away, while the university can be reached by bike in about five minutes. The main square of Leoben is also only around a ten-minute walk away.
