The application is completed online via the Akademikerhilfe application system.
Process:
- An overview displays all student residences in the selected city along with their facilities.
- By clicking on a residence, you can see a description, details about the building, and information about the rooms.
- Prices apply for stays of three months or longer.
- For shorter stays (minimum 11 nights), a higher daily rate is charged.
- Suitable rooms can be saved to a favorites list without obligation.
- A request can then be sent from this list.
The application process is completed by:
- Clicking the “Apply” button
- Entering personal data
- Paying the €20 registration fee
As soon as a place becomes available, you will receive an offer from Student Services.
The usage agreement is considered accepted once:
- a SEPA direct debit mandate has been set up and the processing fee has been charged
or - the processing fee and deposit have been transferred
