The residence is managed by Akademikerhilfe on behalf of the Gemeinnützige Bau- und Wohnungsgenossenschaft der Hochschüler in Leoben. Akademikerhilfe is your central point of contact for all matters relating to accommodation, registration, contracts and resident support.
The occupancy agreements are concluded with the cooperative, but are sent and administered by Akademikerhilfe. Joining the cooperative is required in order to accept the occupancy agreement. Rooms & Prices
The Schlägel & Eisen student residence offers exclusively single rooms in shared apartments for 2, 4, 5 or 6 residents. The rooms are furnished and provide your own space for sleeping, studying and living.
The facilities include:

- private bathroom/WC within the shared apartment
- shared kitchen within the apartment

Please note: The security deposit is equivalent to 2.5 months’ rent, depending on the room category.

The Schlägel & Eisen residence is located at Salzlände 14/16 in Leoben, directly by the Mur River. Montanuniversität Leoben is just around a five-minute walk away. The main square, city centre and LCS shopping centre are also within easy walking distance.
