Akademikerhilfe manages the student residence on behalf of the cooperative Gemeinnützigen Bau- und Wohnungsgenossenschaft der Hochschüler in Leoben. Akademikerhilfe is the central point of contact for all questions relating to housing, registration, contract creation, and resident support.
Housing contracts are concluded with the cooperative but sent and administered by Akademikerhilfe. Membership in the cooperative is required to accept a housing contract. The membership form must be submitted when accepting the contract. Information on cooperative membership can be found here.
