Girls only! The Mediatrix residence run by the Katholische Hochschulgemeinde is exclusively available to female residents. Small, yet perfectly formed, it offers space for 39 students. A further special feature is the building’s beautiful inner courtyard, which invites you to relax during your well-earned breaks from studying. The location in the beautiful 18th district, surrounded by lovely little places and close to the U6 stop Währinger Straße, is ideal for students who appreciate a short route to university and would like to explore the city in their free time.

The Katholische Hochschulgemeinde offers a special service at this location for residents interested in the faith! You can find more information on the website of the KHG. The KHG Chaplains may require an interview with applicants. Therefore Akademikerhilfe will forward your name, email and telephone to KHG.

Rooms & Prices

All rooms are fully furnished and offer everything you need so you can feel at home right from the start. You can choose to live in a single room or together with a friend in a twin room. The units are brought together into small apartments that share a kitchen and bathroom.

All rooms are equipped with Internet access.

Leisure Activities

Cooking with friends, learning together or relaxing in front of the TV. Shared activities are an important part of life in a student residence. There is plenty of space for this in many different rooms:

  • Communal room for joint parties or cosy get-togethers
  • Music room
  • TV room for relaxed evenings in front of the TV
  • Restituta chapel

A washing machine and a tumble dryer can also be found in the residence and are free to use for all residents.
