Rooms & Prices
At Haus Jacquingasse 53, furnished single rooms are exclusively available for female students. The rooms provide ample space for studying, living, and relaxing, creating ideal conditions for a successful university experience.
There are three flats in the house, two can be found on the second floor and one on the top floor.
The remaining single rooms are on the third floor: the common kitchen, communal showers and toilets are shared by the residents of this floor. Perhaps the residence of Jacquingasse 53 is small, but „the individual mixture of space“ makes it special and invites you to live in a homey atmosphere.
The living spaces are characterized by their brightness, friendliness and an individual touch that allows them to be attractively decorated according to one's own taste. All rooms are fully furnished, WIFI is available in the house.
Washing machine and dryer can be used in the residence nearby: Franziska-Lechner Wohnheim.

Yes. Washing machines and dryers are available in the neighbouring Fasangasse 46 residence.
No. We do not provide private parking spaces. Public parking garages are available in the surrounding area.
Containers for residual waste and waste paper are available on site. The collection points for glass, plastic bottles and scrap metal are located at Landstraßer Gürtel 7 and Jacquingasse 37. Bulky waste and larger items must be taken to the designated waste collection point independently.
Visitors are generally welcome. However, overnight stays are not permitted. Please refer to the house regulations for further information.
