Located immediately next to the Hilmteich lake recreation area, with its own beach volleyball court, party room and home cinema, the Schönbrunnheim offers everything you need to fully enjoy well-earned breaks from studying with friends.
The student residence has arround 230 places, which are divided between three building blocks with central kitchens and recreation rooms. This gives you the opportunity to live with many lovely people as a group and feel at home right from the start!

In the Graz Schönbrunnheim, you have the choice between single- and twin-bed rooms measuring 15 to 17 m². Every room in the student residence is fully furnished and has its own bathroom. Every room also has Internet and TV connections. The spacious, central kitchens on each floor in the residence are available for cooking and relaxing. All kitchens also have a balcony, so there’s nothing stopping you enjoying your breakfast coffee in the sun!
The building also has a laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryer, which can be used by the residents for a small charge.

Leisure Activities
Cooking together, celebrating exam success or simply just sitting together and chatting: you will feel at home in our communal rooms right from the start, as here you have the opportunity to spend time with friends or get to know new residents. The following communal rooms are available in the Schönbrunnheim:
- A large communal/party room with bar
- 14 communal kitchens throughout the residence
- A quiet study room
- A printer room (print, copy, scan)
- A music room for the next band practice
- A TV room with satellite and Sky connection, Dolby Surround Sound system and 3D projector

There is sufficient parking for bicycles directly at the residence. Anyone with their own car can rent a parking space in the residence’s own car park.
