Since March 2017, the residence has been managed by Akademikerhilfe and provides a home for around 40 female students during their studies. The manageable size of the residence creates a personal and welcoming atmosphere in which community and social interaction play an important role.

Depending on the room category, the size and facilities vary. Some rooms have a private shower and WC, while some single rooms have a washbasin and others do not have private washing facilities. For rooms without a private bathroom, shared showers and WCs are available on the respective floors.
