One of the special features of the residence is its connection to music: works by Joseph Haydn were performed here for the first time. The University of Applied Sciences Burgenland (FH Burgenland) and the University College of Teacher Education Burgenland are around 3.3 kilometres away and can be easily reached by bicycle or Citytaxi. The nearby Schlosspark is perfect for relaxing between classes. The surrounding vineyards and Lake Neusiedl also offer plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities and day trips.

Leisure Activities
The heart of community life in the student residence in Eisenstadt is the large communal kitchen. Equipped with ceramic hobs, ovens, a microwave and freezers, it offers plenty of space for cooking together and enjoying relaxed evenings.
There is also a TV lounge where residents can unwind. The vaulted cellar provides additional space for communal celebrations and is also well suited for band rehearsals.
