The single studio apartment offers a particularly high level of privacy: the living and sleeping area, private bathroom with shower and WC, and private kitchenette are all located within the apartment.
The kitchenette is compact and equipped with:

Yes. Your room is cleaned every three weeks as part of the regular cleaning service. You are responsible for keeping your room tidy.
