State-of-the art equipment in a central location! Pfeilheim 4-6 underwent a complete renovation in 2010/11 and now offers 320 beautiful single rooms with a bathroom and kitchenette.
Most universities are located in the immediate vicinity and you also don’t have to look very far for leisure activities here: countless cafés, bars and shops can be found right on the doorstep! The many communal rooms in the residence, such as the winter garden, billiard room, home cinema, and gym, are worth seeing.

Rooms & Prices
320 modern, fully furnished single rooms are available in our student residence. They have a private bathroom and private kitchenette with storage options, a built-in refrigerator, kitchen sinks, a ceramic hob and a microwave. Some rooms form their own unit, meaning that two single rooms share a bathroom and kitchen. Barrier-free rooms are available.
The building also has a laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers, which can be used by the residents for a small charge.
