In addition to all-inclusive pricing, Haus Gösserstraße 15 offers exclusively quiet single rooms for students as an ideal retreat for living, but above all for studying. Housing options include studios with private bathroom/WC and kitchenette or single rooms in a “communal” setting, where bathroom/WC and kitchenette are shared with other residents. Whatever option you choose, all of the single rooms offer contemporary furnishings despite the historical background of the building. All rooms are fully furnished and between 10 and 19 square metres in size.
A laundry room with washing machines and dryers is available to all residents for a fee. All single rooms are equipped with internet and TV connection. A disability-accessible room is also available.

Leisure Activities
Small and charming: Leoben’s city centre is the social meeting place in Leoben and has a lot to offer. On the main square you will find numerous nice establishments to experience Styrian culture first-hand. From cafés and pastry shops to casual local restaurants and night clubs, this is where you will find it all.
If you want to do sports in your free time, Leoben offers you a variety of options in addition to the sports field and the fitness rooms of the “Chiller Residences”. Whether it’s bouldering, taking a swim in the brisk waters of Kraubath lake, hiking on the Mugel, Leoben’s local mountain, cross-country skiing on the six-kilometre trail in the Schladnitzgraben valley or taking a trip to the Präbichl skiing area – for summer and winter sports, there is something for everyone.
Recreational areas in the student residences on Schillerstraße include a room for social gatherings with kitchenette, a fully equipped fitness room, a table tennis room, a cosy room for watching TV together, an art room for creative breaks, a prayer room, wide-open green spaces with barbecue spots and a sports field for football games and a variety of other athletic activities.
