A laundry room with washing machines and dryers is available to all residents for a fee. All single rooms are equipped with internet and TV connection. A disability-accessible room is also available.
The student residences are in quiet surroundings, adjacent to the Mur River. The student residence is in the immediate vicinity of the city centre, only a 5-minute walk from the main square. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the University of Leoben. In the centre of Leoben, you will find numerous shops, traditional inns, restaurants, cafés and bars inviting you to stop in after your university lectures.
Your contact person is Markus Woger, whose office is only two minutes from Gösserstraße 15 by bicycle. He always has an open ear for any questions that you would like to discuss with him personally.

Recreational areas in the student residences on Schillerstraße include a room for social gatherings with kitchenette, a fully equipped fitness room, a table tennis room, a cosy room for watching TV together, an art room for creative breaks, a prayer room, wide-open green spaces with barbecue spots and a sports field for football games and a variety of other athletic activities.
