Can I cancel a confirmed dormitory place?

Yes, under the following conditions:

More than 62 days before contract start:

  • Deposit is refunded
  • Processing fee is retained

Between 62 days and 1 day before contract start:

  • Processing fee is forfeited
  • One monthly usage fee is retained
